Fouad (Fred) Kalouche is a solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. With over 20 years of legal experience, he provides strategic, commercially focused legal advice to individuals, investors, families and business owners.
PRIMARY AREAS OF PRACTICE
He is known for his precision, attention to detail and structured approach to managing risk in property and commercial transactions. Fred works closely with clients and professional referrers to ensure matters are handled efficiently, with clear communication and strong commercial awareness.
Cristal Kalouche has been with Fred Kalouche & Associates since 2016 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from Western Sydney University and has completed a Master of Laws (Wills and Estates).
Cristal practises primarily in estate planning, probate and conveyancing, assisting clients with wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and property transactions across NSW and interstate jurisdictions. With advanced academic training in wills and estates, she provides structured, legally precise advice to ensure clients’ personal and family interests are properly protected.
Having developed within the firm over several years prior to admission, Cristal has a strong understanding of the firm’s transaction processes and client service standards. She is known for her attention to detail, organised approach and clear communication throughout each stage of a matter.
Nadine Kalouche plays a key role in the firm’s conveyancing operations and overall practice management at Fred Kalouche & Associates. With a Bachelor of Economics majoring in International Trade and Finance from Western Sydney University, she brings a strong background in international banking, having previously worked in Trade Finance and Bank Guarantees managing high-value financial transactions
Within the firm’s interstate conveyancing practice, Nadine oversees transaction coordination, post-exchange processes, settlement preparation and client communication, working closely with the firm’s solicitors to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately. Her financial expertise and structured approach contribute to the smooth administration of residential and commercial property transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
